Why I Like Cooking Fish

Fish cooking has never been my favorite thing to do. It’s probably because I don’t have any easy fish recipes. The fish recipe I have tried to bake doesn’t turn out like the recipe.
My own recipe here is to take some tilapia or white fish, bake it after mixing the same with stouffers creamed spinach. Bake the fish at 400 degrees with cooked spinached from a pouch and it is done when it is flaky. Every likes it and it give a little color and taste to an otherwise bland fish. I bake it uncovered.
I would like to get more fish into my diet. grilled fish Recipe Ingredients: 600 gm fillet of Pomfret Fish 1 Lemon For marinade: 50 ml Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 tbsp Lemon Juice 1 pod Garlic (minced) A few sprigs of Rosemary or Oregano Salt and pepper to season How to make Grilled Fish: For the marinade, mix all the ingredients though roughly in a mixing bowl and give it a good whisk. Put the cleaned fish fillet into the marinade, being certain that it is coated well. Then wait 45 to 60 minutes, use a medium flame to grill the fish in a non-stick pan.
Allow 2-3 minutes for each side, depending on the thickness of the fillet. Grilled fish is ready . Serve it with a squeeze of lemon and a big salad. The best salmon recipes tend to include lemon juice. The natural flavor of the fish was well worked with the acidity of the juice and paprika, dill, basil, and obviously salt and pepper.
No one is willing to get a bone stuck in his throat so better tell your diners against the same. It’s far healthier to bake the salmon even if the recipe calls for you to saute it. If you want to cut down on your fat intake, it’s best to bake or grill your food rather than fring it. Enjoy and bon appetite!
