Massive Vertical Leaps with the Jump Manual Program

Lots of players would like to jump higher. I do not know about you but I do. I have tried for a long time to touch the rim or not to ask much, at least the board of the basketball. I tried really but to no avail. I just end up looking up at the ring and let it defeat me.
There were lots of things I tried, I exercised a lot, jumped up to 50 times a day and worst of all, I even tried what was meant to be a magic jumping pill. Pretty sad, huhh!. But to make the long story short, I never improved by even 1 inch. There has been no improvement, and my height did not increase either.
It was only after talking with a few guys at the basketball courts who said to check out Jump Manual reviews which would show me why these vertical leap programs work so well.
It became very clear that there are exercises that would really improve my jumping and some programs are not so good. I was shocked and I asked myself, could my own training techniques be one of the wrong things that most of us are doing? After this I learned that our body type has a big bearing on how we can jump better. This is because there might be exercise that may cause problems for certain body types.
Apart from exercises that are most suitable for you, there could be some exercises that we might think as effective in enabling us to reach our full jumping potential. Imagine? There could be some exercises which we are relying upon that can actually lead us to injury that could lead to serious injury for the rest of our lives.
